Yune Lee

Yune received a B.S. (Biology, 2001) from Yonsei University, South Korea, and Ph.D. (Cognitive neuroscience, 2010) from Dartmouth College. He completed postdoctoral training at Penn before joining the faculty at OSU in 2016. Yune is currently a director of the SLAM (Speech, Language, and Music) lab at Speech and Hearing Department, as well as a core faculty member of the Center for Brain Injury under Discovery Theme Initiative.

Yune’s research involves unique interdisciplinary approaches (neuroscience, rehabilitation, computer science) to establish innovative rehabilitation programs that help enhancing sensory and cognitive processes in the context of communication disorders. He mainly uses functional neuroimaging techniques to monitor and assess the rehabilitation efficacy.
