Telesilla Kotsi is an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Fisher College of Business Operations and Business Analytics department. Her work combines quantitative rigor with field research to improve operational decision-making in the nonprofit sector. Her research investigates: 1) Strategic interactions with donors, using mathematical modeling to understand accountability mechanisms; 2) Collaborations with private partners, utilizing behavioral experiments to align corporate profit motives with societal goals; and 3) Service delivery to beneficiaries, employing field data analysis to optimize resource allocation and equity.
