Join us for first Behind the Scenes event, a new STEAM Factory series where we focus on topics and tips for thriving in your life as a faculty member. This first topic in our new series is “Behind the Scenes: The Tenure Process.”
Behind the Scenes: The Tenure Process panel includes a range of faculty across the spectrum from those who have recently submitted a tenure package, those serving on their college tenure committee, and those responsible for tenure packages through the Provost's office. All pre-tenure faculty are welcome to hear about what the review process is like from the other side and get tips and tricks about how to polish your tenure package. Let us answer all the questions you had but were too afraid to ask ... The informal panel format will include time for audience questions and discussion. Dinner, free parking and activities for accompanying children will be provided.
