Columbus Science Pub presents: Talking (Organic) Turkey
That organic label on your food is the result of the hard work of many people. Farmers who grow the food, organic certification agencies that help farmers understand regulations and ensure they comply, committees that write regulations, and you, the consumer! A large part of the organic movement was based on consumer demand for organic products.
