Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Human Service & Climate Researcher Community Conversation

January 30, 2024
4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
The STEAM Factory, 400 W Rich St, Columbus, OH, 43215

Join the Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center, The State Climate Office of Ohio, and The Human Service Chamber of Franklin County for an event that will focus on facilitating dialogue among climate researchers, non-profit leaders and staff members, and medical practitioners to educate one another, share ongoing efforts and needs, and establish stronger networks for future work. The goal is that greater awareness and linkages will allow more productive research and a more climate-resilient community.

Plenty of appetizers and networking opportunities will be provided. Non-profit leaders and staff, public health and medical professionals, climate researchers, postdocs, and students are all invited to attend.
