Ohio is recognized as the first state to enact legislation identifying December 1 as Rosa Parks Day. To honor this remarkable woman, the Central Ohio Transit Authority and The Ohio State University join Congresswoman Joyce Beatty, Rosa Parks Day Founder, in hosting the 12th Annual Statewide Tribute to Rosa Parks.
