Join us in the STEAM space on May 10th from 1pm-2:30pm for an informational meeting on the responsibilities, application process and benefits of joining the STEAM working board. This meeting will wrap-up with a workshop where attendees can help shape the working board moving forward! This meeting will include a panel discussion with current and former STEAM directors, along with free food and beverages.
What is the STEAM Board of Directors?
The STEAM working board is a voluntary group of STEAM members who help direct STEAM and its goals. The Directors Board meets every other week for an hour to discuss topics relevant to STEAM. The Directors Board is also actively engaged in STEAM events such as STEAM Exchanges, new member orientations, happy hours and more. Members of the working board are also vocal advocates of STEAM and are always searching for opportunities to further STEAM's presence outside of its walls at 400 West Rich. This is a great leadership opportunity and way to further engage with the STEAM Factory.
