The Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center will be convening a series of conversations on Thursday, February 9th at the STEAM Factory in Franklinton. The program will be headlined by Frank Niepold, senior program manager and coordinator for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Climate Education Program. Frank will offer insight from the federal government on topics ranging from workforce development and education to current opportunities and anticipated grants.
