The Research Commons and the STEAM Factory welcome Nigerian-American media artist and researcher Mimi Onuoha for a guest lecture. Her work uses emerging technology to address cultural contradictions within technology. Her multimedia practice focuses on the ways in which people are differently abstracted, represented, and classified by data and digital systems.
