Dr. Harvey J Miller directs the Center for Urban and Regional Analysis at Ohio State University. He studies an epidemic of violence on our streets – pedestrians and cyclists are being maimed and killed at increasing rates.

Dr. Miller will explain how this mayhem is not a bug but a feature of designing our streets for speed over safety. The science behind safer streets is clear.
