HIV Pecha Kucha: From Microbiology to Macro History
Hear 5 outstanding HIV-themed Pecha Kuchas from an OSU interdisciplinary course, HIV: from microbiology to macro history. For those that do not know, Pecha Kucha is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each, keeping presentations concise and fast-paced. The Pecha Kucha presentations will explore interesting facets of the HIV epidemic and will be interdisciplinary, meaning both a historical and scientific perspective will be given on each HIV topic. The event is open to students, STEAM Factory members, and community members affected by the HIV epidemic. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
