Join the College of Public Health and keynote speaker Susan Melsop, of the Ohio State Department of Design, at our sixth annual public health advocacy workshop.

Workshop presenters will include:
Dean Amy Fairchild
Gail Kaye, associate professor and assistant dean of undergradute programs
Amy Ferketich, professor of epidemiology
Student leaders
Special guest Ashlee Rossler, of the Congressional Black Caucus, under the leadership of Congresswoman Joyce Beatty

Learning objectives include: defining advocacy in the context of public health issues, describing the importance of advocacy to health and exploring examples of approaches to advocacy including through the arts. 

Students from all disciplines, practitioners and community members are invited to join.
