Jessica Cooperstone, team, receives OSU Foods for Health Award Seed Grant

Jessica Cooperstone

Assistant Professor, Horticulture & Crop Science and Food Science & Technology and STEAM member Jessica Cooperstone, along with her team, received a seed grant from the OSU Foods and Health Awards. This seed grant is for her project, titled Bioactive Phytochemical Enhancement in Arugula Using Hydroponic Production Methods.

Jessica's team also includes Chieri Kubota, from the Department of Horticulture & Crop Science, and Aaron Wiedemer, Food Science & Technology.
