Ernst Wynder, MD, said: “It should be the function of medicine to help people die young as late in life as possible.” My focus is helping patients achieve the best, healthful life possible and flourish throughout their living days. Centering my practice toward each patient’s version of a “good life” brings attention to all aspects of a patient’s day, including nutrition, body movement and relaxation, personal and professional relationships, and emotional balance. Integrating day-to-day life with disease management, medications, procedures and specialist care provides the best formula for a patient’s whole health.

As a health care provider, I love my dual specialty in internal medicine and pediatrics because it allows me to treat entire families and make connections with people across generations.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, ages 5 and 7. We play a lot, laugh a lot, learn a lot and love to get outside.
