Charlene is the Program Director with The STEAM Factory at The Ohio State University since June 2014. During her time with the STEAM Factory, Charlene has worked closely with the STEAM Factory Chair and Board of Directors and has been responsible for strategy, planning, programming and implementation of organizational activities that foster interdisciplinary conversations, research and programming.

Charlene Brenner holds a Juris Doctor from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College. Previously, Charlene worked as the Grants and Communications Manager for Clean Fuels Ohio where she gained significant grant writing experience on numerous federal, private and corporate foundation grant submissions. In this role, Charlene was responsible for project management, strategic planning and development of extensive industry reports.
