Kristin Henkaline is the Program Manager for the Research Commons in University Libraries. In her role, she plans, implements, and manages services for the Research Commons. In addition, she leads the development and implementation of program policies and assessment and evaluation strategies for Research Commons spaces and services.

Kristin has a strong background in educational outreach and the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs. She has over ten years of experience in education, program management, and research support and over eight years of experience teaching and mentoring college students.

Kristin earned her B.S.S. in American Social Sciences from Ohio University, an M.Ed. in Integrated Social Studies Education from The Ohio State University, and her Ph.D. in Educational Studies with an interdisciplinary specialization in Applied Developmental Science in Education from The Ohio State University.
