Dr. Huber's work is focused on understanding and researching the traits and behaviors of individuals, teams, and healthcare organizations. He has worked on improving the lives of patients and providers for the past twenty years, mostly in collaborative teams and have led many healthcare redesign programs on improving innovation, quality, efficiency, culture, service, and safety. Dr. Huber's research interests include; postmodern organizational theory, collaboration, coordination, accountability, innovation, leadership, and organizational behavior. His doctorate is in Health Policy and Management from the UC Berkeley, with a master's degree in public health from the Dartmouth Institute of Health Policy and Clinical Practice, and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Dartmouth College. He is deeply interested in collaborating, creating, and innovating, and how we can work with these constructs to improve our lives and those we come into contact with.
