Emily Haidet is a programming and engagement professional in ASC's Office of Engagement. She has recently served as Curator of Academic and Public Programs in the Department of Learning & Public Programs at the Wexner Center for the Arts. Since first joining Ohio State as an event manager in the Office of Advancement Events in 2020, Emily has helped advance university collaborations that bridge the arts, research, and community engagement. Prior to Ohio State, she worked in museum education and public programming at the American Museum of Natural History (including the Hayden Planetarium and Margaret Mead Film Festival), the Rubin Museum of Art, and the Whitney Museum of American Art, producing public programs and educational experiences in New York, NY. Emily holds a BA In Sociology and Anthropology from Denison University and an MA in Museum Studies from New York University. She is currently an MBA candidate at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
