Liz Vivas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics. She did her post-doctoral research at Purdue University as a Golomb Assistant Professor of Mathematics and later at Universidad Federal Fluminense (UFF) in Rio de Janeiro. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 2009. Her research interests are Several Complex Variables, Complex Geometry and Complex Dynamics.
